Exciting news , our running course “ One Step At A Time “ relaunches next week as the new term starts and it gives you the opportunity to learn about the benefits of running for building better mental and physical health. No previous running experience is required and is open to all abilities wether running or walking. 

It will be the first of a new blended course with the educational content taking place over zoom on Wednesday and an in person session on the track at Worthing Leisure Centre on Friday.
