Course List

We establish which foods are necessary to increase health, and we discuss healthy eating for improved mental health.

Students explore the meaning of gender and the impact it has on their lives, through a critical exploration of gender norms and expectations.

Discover when it is easier to be assertive and what stops you using assertiveness skills in other situations. You will practise being assertive and saying no.

Staring with some basic information on nutrition, we establish which foods are necessary for health and why we need certain nutrients.

An approach to mental health recovery that uses methods of being in the present in order to bring wellbeing and a more rested mind, dwelling less on thoughts about the past and future.

This course explores ways of understanding the experience of living with a diagnosis of personality disorder and the challenges faced by those affected.

We help you to make sense of what a diagnosis of psychosis involves, looking at the symptoms, causes and impact that it can have on our lives.

Intended to be of benefit to anyone affected by anxiety and depression, we aim to increase your understanding and try approaches to managing it.

Our focus is on prevention and management of episodes of mania, hypomania and depression, and we look at common treatments and other coping strategies.

This course explores symptoms and demonstrates different methods of coping with challenges that occur with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
