We tackle the problem of clutter and offer suggestions on how to combat it, considering storage suggestions and what to do with things no longer wanted or needed.
This course aims to support you as you begin to take control of your recovery journey, exploring what recovery means for you, what ‘gets in the way’ and what supports recovery.
