This course explores ways of understanding the experience of living with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and practical strategies to manage the challenges it can present.

This interactive course will give the opportunity to understand more about the symptoms of Obsessional Compulsive Disorder, and share your personal experiences in a supportive environment.
